General Information On Apartment:
No smoking is permitted at all in the unit. Please close the patio doors if you smoke on the patio so as not to offend the next visitor with curtains and furniture smelling of cigarette smoke.
Fully air-conditioned. Please note that the air-conditioning is down at the moment as they are being repaired through an insurance claim that’s not yet finalised. Please keep the temperature on the air conditioning at 21 degrees for the best performance on the compressors. Kindly keep all doors closed when aircon is in use.
The entire home runs on generators in the event of power failures. There are lifts to all floors.
Netflix & other streaming channels are available to view with the Smart TV.
Fibre Wifi is available. However, we cannot always guarantee it to work if there is a problem with the supplier but usually fantastic.
Enter with lifts to the fourth floor where the apartment is on one level with easy access to pool and beach areas.
Entrance hall, open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room, guest loo, 2 bedrooms en-suite with shower and bath, bidet (main bathroom only), Large patio with private gas braai, 2 car secure underground parking, full 24 hours security guards with CCTV throughout.
A QR access code is required for access.
Entertainment areas allow for you to enjoy, with open plan entertaining, inside or outside on the patio with the breathtaking views, the choice is yours!
The outdoor pool is fenced in for small children. There are built-in barbeques at the pool if you want to barbeque at the pool area while children swim. Stainless steel grid available at security.
Ceiling fans for the not-so-hot days in all rooms, if you prefer natural climate controls. Please note that the air-conditioning is down at the moment as they are being repaired through an insurance claim that’s not yet finalised.
The home is fully fitted with all essential cooking ware fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble dryer in the unit.

Tea/coffee making facilities, the supply of coffee & tea for your arrival.
The main bedroom leads to the patio as well as the lounge, and both have direct sea views.
Lock-up safe in the main bedroom.
Serviced daily at an extra cost. Please request this once you have made your booking. Kindly note that now, with COVID, the cleaning protocols are in place, so the entire unit is sanitized after being cleaned and prepared for each new incoming and outgoing guest.
There is wheelchair access, and they can get around and even to the beach in a wheelchair. However, baths and showers are not 100% wheelchair-friendly.
Visitors parking inside the complex. Security is excellent with 24-hour surveillance. Please ensure you bring along your personal identification documents for access, which will be required by the security upon arrival.
